Quartz is a mineral composed of silicon and oxygen atoms in a continuous framework of silicon–oxygen with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust, behind feldspar.
We offer our clients a fine and excellent grade Quartz Dryer with rotary process , which is used in drying and cooling of materials that flow freely. This product is provided with a rotating shell which is supported on rollers & tires. Our product is available in various configurations
Performace Features of Quartz Dryer.
- Energy Saving: The consumption of coal and electric of Shiva techno fab’s Rotary Dryer can be lower 8% to 16% than the normal rotary dryers, with the production ratio higher than 10% to 15%;
- Environment Friendly: The special design Hot Air Furnace can supply the clean hot air for the rotary dryer, and there is little dust and noise during working process;
