Rotary Dryer Mainly Consist Of Shell (Drum), Inlet Hood, Outlet Hood, Girth Gear, Riding/Tire Ring, Pinion, Trunnion Wheel, Thrust Roller, Transmission Assembly, Burner/Hot Air Generator, Induced Draft Fan, Raw Product Inlet Hopper, Product Discharge, Flights, Air Seals, RAV, Cyclone Separator, Aluminum And Cerawool Claddings.
SAND DRYER WORKFLOW :
Belt Conveyor Or Bucket Elevator Transports The Wet Sand From The Feeding Hopper To The Sand Dryer. From The Same Directionhot Air Furnace/burner Supplies The Hot Air Into Sand Dryer.inside The Sand Dryer There Are Many Flights, And These Flights Mix The Wet Sand And Hot Air Sufficiently. The Humidity In The Wet Sand Is Heated And Evaporated Into Water Vapour.at The End Of The Sand Dryer, There Is One High Induced Draft Fan Which Remove The Water Vapour From Sand Dryer To The Stack/chimney.
During The Sand Dryer Process, There Is Some Dust Mixed With The Water Vapour, So We Provide Cyclone Separator To Remove The Dust From Water Vapour And Falls Down.at The Outlet Of The Dryer We Provides Rav For Easy Extraction For Final Product. Finally We Can Use One Belt Conveyor Or Bucket Elevator To Send The Dry Sand Into Silo Or Packages
